Former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress Shannen Doherty has branded Tori Spelling a liar after she claimed the actress had engaged in a fistfight with co-star Jennie Garth.

Tori Spelling, who recently gave birth to her first child, says she began reconciling with her mother, Candy, in the last weeks of her pregnancy.
"It was mutual," the 33-year-old actress tells Us Weekly in its April 16 issue. "We both reached out at the same time by phone in the weeks before I had Liam."

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their first child together, a son, on Tuesday, PEOPLE has learned.
Liam Aaron McDermott weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, according to the couple's rep. He was born in a Los Angeles hospital.
The baby's middle name is a tribute to Spelling's late father, legendary TV producer Aaron Spelling, who died in June.
