Hilary got away from LA last weekend to spend some quality time with Haylie in Vancouver where her big sis is working on a project. While Hilary and Joel have broken up it looks like they are still in touch. This week they both decided to drop their temporary restraining orders against one of their two stalkers.
TMZ obtained documents filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court by the star duo's lawyers, which requests a dismissal of the restraining orders against celebrity photographer David Joseph Klein.

The woman who confronted Colin Farrell during a taping of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in July apologized Monday – but insisted she's no stalker.
During a hearing Monday in which judge John Reid upheld a restraining order against her until August 2009, Dessarae Bradford, 31, said, "Your honor, he's trying to give the impression that I'm some stalker, some delusional fan, which is absolutely not true," Court TV reports.

The late Yankee slugger Joe DiMaggio was once stalked by Tom Cruise.
"He'd show up at baseball-signing shows and wait for Joe to come out," says the source.

Lindsay Lohan has a stalker who has repeatedly tried to contact her.
A memo from the movie "Georgia Rule" was posted Wednesday at the security gate where Lohan is filming. It reads: "One of our actresses has a stalker." the actress is Lohan.
The alleged stalker has sent several letters to Lohan asking to meet her. The letter ends with his name and phone number. A source connected to Lohan says her "top notch" security is getting in touch with the man in question.
