Britney Spears has reportedly changed the terms of her will -- in a bid to make sure her mother Lynne never gets custody of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
The pop star recently hand-delivered a motion she intends to make legal if her mother doesn't stay away from her sons, and publicly revealed she's "praying" for her mom.

Shar Jackson, the mother of two of Kevin Federline's children, says the media should stop ridiculing the aspiring rapper, who with his break-up from Britney Spears appears to have an even bigger punch-line target on his back.

Source: tells that Britney was out getting ice cream at 4:30 pm PST, and is not in labor right now - although she may be at the hospital. It won't be a surprise if her scheduled c-section occurs tomorrow morning or afternoon, but a Thursday night birth looks unlikely. It is still believed by many that Britney won't be having the baby for another two weeks (unless she went into early labor), but paparazzi and reporters will be checking the story out anyhow, just in case!
