A woman recently managed to gain entry to the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star's room, but instead of being scared or angry, quick-thinking Orlando calmly consoled her.

Orlando Bloom is taking a break from acting to immerse himself in a Buddhist lifestyle. The exhausted star, 30, has been studying the Eastern religion for several years and needs to re-focus his energies after filming back-to-back movies.
Bloom says, "I've been white knuckling it for so long. Between the first Lord Of The Rings and the last Pirates Of The Caribbean I've been going non-stop. So now I just want some time and space from everything and the phone and the communication."
