HOLLYWOOD actress Mary-Kate Olsen has refused to be interviewed by US investigators over the accidental drug death of her close friend Heath Ledger unless she receives immunity from prosecution.

After celebrating her 22nd birthday weekend down in Tennessee at Bonnarroo with Mary-Kate, Ashley Olsen was back in New York last night finally spotted with her boyfriend. The pint-sized mogul and the guy she's been rumored to be seeing for a while, Justin Bartha (from the National Treasure movies), arrived at a screening of Trumbo in Tribeca together, but still walked the red carpet separately not ready to really show off just yet.

Mary-Kate Olsen is dating 'Brothers and Sisters' star Dave Annable.
The actress was seen "all over" 28-year-old actor Dave when they recently dined in Los Angeles' Teddy's restaurant in the Roosevelt Hotel.
One diner said: "They were all over each other, they looked as though they couldn't get enough of each other! They were holding hands, cuddling and kissing throughout dinner."

PETA has a new target.
Well, two targets: Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
In a new ad campaign to be unveiled today at the Olsens' Walk of Fame star on Hollywood Boulevard, PETA blasts the 21-year-old star sibs — whom they dub the "Trollsen Twins — for wearing fur and including it in their collections Elizabeth and James and The Row.
"Thin-twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are about to get some publicity that will have them running away faster than if they'd spotted a calorie," the group said in a snarky statement today.

Mary-kate Olsen was spotted last week locking lips and legs with a mystery man at Club Le Baron in Paris for Greenhouse. The guy pushed Mary-kate against the wall and furiously made out with her to applause from the crowd. Olsen and her man even got a standing ovation from her table when she wrapped her legs around the guy.
