Goth rocker Marilyn Manson gets in legal trouble with his band’s former keyboardist, Stepehen ‘Pogo’ Bier, who accusing Manson of using his band’s money on ’sick and disturbing purchases’.
The complaint filed Wednesday in LA court claims the shock rocker purchased African masks made of human skin and a full skeleton of a four-year-old Chinese girl to use as a chandelier and another skeleton of a man in a wheelchair, swastika wall tiles and a mounted grizzly bear on his shopping list which are all illegal in the US.
In addition to his hard-partying ways, which led to the demise of his relationship with wife Dita Von Teese, Marilyn Manson's extramarital affair probably contributed to the burlesque dancer's divorce filing late last week.
People magazine is reporting that Manson is corrupting dating 19-year-old actress Evan Rachel Wood (pictured above with the rocker).
"Dita is heartbroken, she didn't see this coming," says a source close to the burlesque dancer and MAC cosmetics model. "His partying contributed to the split as well."

Burlesque stripper Dita Von Teese has allegedly dumped goth- rocker husband, Marilyn Manson after his partying with actress Lindsey Lohan.
LA based Von Teese filed for divorce after her husband refused to give up his drug, drink and party lifestyle.
His constant all-night partying at his home had left him paranoid and unable to be a ‘proper’ husband to Dita.
It is said that she was ready to settle down and start a family, whilst the eponymous front man felt unready to commit to fatherhood.
