A second wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against actress-singer Brandy in a December freeway crash.
On Jan. 30, a $50 million lawsuit claimed Brandy was driving recklessly when her sport utility vehicle struck the back of a Honda driven by Awatef Aboudihaj, 38. The new lawsuit was filed Feb. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of her parents, Aboudihaj Ahmed and Labridi Zohra, who reside in Morocco.

Beverly Hills Mickey Fine pharmacy has filed a lawsuit against the prince of pop for non-payment of his tab, reports TMZ.
TMZ has dug up the lawsuit that shows Jackson owes a $100,000 tab for prescription meds, but never paid.
The suit was filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, by drugstore to the stars, Mickey Fine Pharmacy. The long standing institution is known for delivering via motorcycle, and alleges they had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for any prescriptions they filled.

Michael Jackson has launched legal action against his former accountants, claiming they misrepresented him with unauthorised business deals.
Jackson is seeking unspecified damages after accusing Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman and Sloan of keeping him out of the loop of financial affairs worth $2.5 million (£1.3 million).
The 48-year-old ended his financial relationship with the accountants in August.

LOS ANGELES - Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is being stalked by paparazzi — in court, at least.
X17 Inc., a Los Angeles photo agency known for its images of stars in personal or embarrassing moments, has filed a $7.6 million federal copyright infringement lawsuit against Hilton.
Hilton's Los Angeles-based site, PerezHilton.com, posts tabloid photos of celebs and adds cheeky captions and rudimentary doodles.

A judge has tossed out Britney Spears's $10-million lawsuit against US mag, ruling the popstar cannot be defamed by rumors that she and husband Kevin Federline had made a sex tape and feared its release. The magazine published an article in October 2005 claiming that the couple were worried about the release of a sex tape, and were "acting goofy the whole time" while watching the tape with their lawyers. Tom Cruise has filed a $50-million lawsuit against Holesome Fun Incorporated, the world’s largest manufacturer of sex toys, over the company’s alleged unauthorized use of his image on its new Mission Insertable butt plug.
