Heidi Montag Has New Lips
The 21-year-old aspiring singer reportedly had a lip enhancement procedure completed on Friday. Heidi showed off her new lips while out on-and-off-again fiance Spencer Pratt on Saturday.
The couple met up with She-Pratt (Spencer’s sister Stephanie) for sushi at Katsuya in Brentwood, Calif.

Heidi Not Wearing Ring at Hills After Party
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt kept everyone guessing at the The Hills finale after party Monday night.
Montag, 21, appeared at the Los Angeles club Area without her engagement ring and without Pratt, 23, triggering fans to call out: "Heidi, where's the ring? Heidi, where's Spencer?"
As Montag flashed her ring-less finger for photographers, another fan called out, "You're better off without him!"
Fans may have to wait until season four for more details on the couple's tumultuous romance as Montag was mum on the red carpet.

An MTV insider tells us that America's favorite couple, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, have come to their collective senses and called off their impending nuptials (which were never going to happen anyway) ... for now. The Hills star Heidi Montag reportedly films the music video to her new single Wednesday on a Malibu beach - with fiance Spencer Pratt filming.
The couple supposedly wanted to save costs on having a music video produced, so Spencer took control of a video camera and the couple had a fun afternoon filming scenes at the beach.
The video is said to be edited in time for the single’s release - next week.

Heidi Montag celebrates her 21st birthday by performing her new single “Higher” on Saturday night followed by a party at LAX nightclub at the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas (the same day that nemesis Lauren Conrad launched her fashion collection online).
