Continuing to face struggles throughout her life, Heather Locklear was arrested at 4:30 PM in Montecito for allegedly driving under the influence of prescription medication, police reports tell.
After being booked and posing for a mug shot at around 8 PM, the former “Melrose Place” actress is said to have been released from lock-up a few hours later.
It wasn’t too long ago that Miss Locklear checked herself into rehab to fight ongoing depression - leaving the center in late July.

The actress, the ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen, and the Bon Jovi guitarist are reportedly planning to tie the knot in an intimate ceremony in Milan.

David Spade & Heather Locklear, 45, was recently spotted sharing an intimate dinner with Christina Applegate’s ex-husband, actor Johnathan Schaech, 37 (That Thing You Do!), at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Thousand Oaks, California.
“She really likes him,” says a Locklear pal of the actor (his divorce with Applegate is almost finalized). “It’s still in that fun, getting-to-know-each-other stage.”
But the divorcée should tread carefully. On December 9, a witness saw Schaech at the Maxim/Skyy Vodka party in L.A. “acting single.”

A close friend of Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife tells Celebrity Week she is already preparing for her next “big day”, by shopping for a wedding dress.

Heather Locklear and David Spade are taking a break from their six-month relationship, according to media reports.
The couple were first spotted kissing at an after party for Spade’s series “Showbiz Show” in March — one month after Locklear filed for divorce from Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
A source tells People magazine, “Heather is still going through a lot with Denise (Richards) and Richie. It’s just too soon for her to get serious. They are still friends. It’s not ugly.”

As reports swirl that Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are engaged, TMZ has the real deal-- it just ain't true.
Richards, who filed for divorce from estranged hubby Charlie Sheen in March, and rocker boyfriend Sambora, who is divorcing Denise's BFF Heather Locklear, have NO wedding plans.
Richards' attorney Neal Hersh tells TMZ "There is no truth to any rumors that Denise and Richie are engaged. They are not."

Heather and David have been hanging out all summer, and with the end of the summer comes the end of this romance. Heather has decided it's just too soon to move on with David, so the two are taking a break and will be "just friends". So much for true love; we thought the gold-and-diamond skull necklace Heather gave David meant this relationship was serious. People reports:

If you weren’t already tired of the Laguna Beach drama that Denise Richards, Heather Locklear, and Richie Sambora have brought to the Jersey Shore - you will be now! “Rock Star” Richie Sambora recently sent Locklear a $500 bouquet of roses in an attempt to save their marriage, according to a report in Life & Style Weekly to be published this week.
