David Hasselhoff has fallen off the wagon again, the NATIONAL ENQUIRER is reporting exclusively.
The 55-year-old actor has suffered a severe drinking relapse and was readmitted to a Los Angeles hospital to detox on Oct. 8, the NATIONAL ENQUIRER reports in its new issue.
"David does so well staying sober and then something kicks in and he's back drinking," a close source told the NATIONAL ENQUIRER.

The video was shot by his 17-year-old daughter 3 months ago. She begs him, "dad look what this is doing to you. You have to stop drinking alcohol, promise me you won't drink anymore. They're going to come tomorrow and test you and you're going to lose your job."

David Hasselhoff's daughters tried to commit suicide Sunday night.
It happened in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles, at around 6:30 p.m. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ David called 911 from his home and reported that his 14-year-old daughter had "cut herself."'
