Larry Birkhead has finally obtained Dannielynn's passport and will leave the Bahamas for the U.S. tomorrow.
Anna Nicole Smith Paternity Case - A Bahamian court is expected to rule today in the paternity case of Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter. Under Bahamian legal rules however, the results cannot be made public by either of the parties involved in the paternity and custody battle.
They can however, be revealed. The judge in the case will have to lift the gag order in order to do so.

Howard K. Stern will not stand in Larry Birkhead's way if the DNA tests show Birkhead is Dannielynn's father, this according to unimpeachable sources.

Howard K. Stern was forced to drop his bid to block the release of the results of DNA tests that will reveal who the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby is. Stern's lawyer withdrew the motion after learning that a Bahamas court would reject his appeal. Three judges in the case advised that Stern had filed his challenge too late - waiting a week after submitting his own DNA sample before filing the appeal. DNA samples of Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead are in the bag, according to MSNBC's Rita Cosby.
Cosby broke the story and TMZ has confirmed that Birkhead and baby were both at a Bahamas doctor's office at 9 this morning and had samples taken. Howard K. Stern's DNA was not taken because by law there is a presumption that he's the father since he's listed as such on the birth certificate.
We're told Birkhead saw Dannielynn in the doctor's office.

The judge in the paternity dispute over Anna Nicole's baby has made it clear -- DNA testing is about to happen.
Sources say the judge has ordered the parties back in court Tuesday where experts in the DNA field will be called to testify. It is unclear whether some or all of the DNA samples will already have been taken for Tuesday's hearing.
