Howard K. Stern testified today at the inquest into the death of Anna Nicole's son, Daniel.
Stern said he had no idea Daniel was taking any kind of prescription medication, including Methadone. Stern said from September 2005 until June 2006, he wasn't even around as much because he was working full time on Anna's fight with Pierce Marshall.

A Californian private investigator has claimed he was approached by the late Daniel Smith to keep tracks on Daniel’s mum Anna Nicole Smith.
Jack E Harding told the Globe that Daniel approached him in July last year because he was worried about Anna Nicole’s relationship with Howard K Stern, claiming she was being held “a virtual prisoner” at her home shared in Nassau. Daniel met with Harding to discuss his fears but didn’t finalise hiring the investigator.

The refrigerator, which was inside Anna Nicole's bedroom in the Bahamas, contained methadone (5 mg per 5 ml). The small refrigerator contained cans of Slim-Fast-- ironic, since Smith was TRIMSPA's spokesperson. Several bottles of TRIMSPA sat right next to the fridge.
The fridge also contained Miracle 2000 (marketed as a nutritional supplement for "today's active lifestyle"), French's Worcestershire Sauce, yogurt and spray butter. It also appears there are vials of injectable medicines.

The death of Daniel Smith will get a proper investigation in the Bahamas. The coroner has ordered a former inquest into the mysterious death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son. TMZ is reporting that a witness is about to testify that Howard K. Stern gave Daniel one of the drugs that killed him.
The inquest will be held March 26th and over 20 witnesses including Anna and Howard will be called. One witness will testify that Howard gave him methadone and after his death, flushed the remaining drug down the toilet.

Anna Nicole Smith arrived Friday at federal court in San Francisco to continue her legal battle over her late husband’s fortune.

The investigation into the Sept. 10 death in the Bahamas of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel, took another turn Tuesday, when TMZ.com reported that Anna Nicole's companion, her lawyer Howard K. Stern, has been re-interviewed by police in the Bahamas about the death.
According to the report, the Attorney General of the Bahamas have ordered police to re-interview Stern about the painkiller methadone, and how it ended up in Daniel's body.

Anna Nicole Smith fears her dead son is trapped in the afterworld - because he has no one to turn to.
