"CSI's" Gary Dourdan was busted in Palm Springs yesterday on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the actor was asleep in his car at 5:21 AM when they approached the vehicle and made the bust.

Samantha Ronson, a DJ and Lindsay Lohan's rumored lesbian girlfriend, is furious over rumors that she planted cocaine in Lohan's car and sold Lohan out to the paparazzi.
Ronson is reportedly slapping photo agency Sunset Photo and blogger Perez Hilton with a $20 million libel suit.

Lindsay Lohan was allegedly drunk and had cocaine in her system during an early morning smash-up in Beverly Hills on Memorial Day weekend.
According to multiple law enforcement sources, toxicology reports conclude that Lohan, 20, had "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol and traces of blow in her bloodstream when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. around 5:30 AM on May 26. Cocaine was found in Lindsay Lohan’s car following her crash on Sunset Blvd. Lohan and two other passengers were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when it crashed at about 5:30 AM into a curb on Sunset Blvd., Sgt.
