Casey Aldridge, the father of Jamie Lynn-Spears' 8-month-old daughter, is in a Jackson, Mississippi hospital after a bad car wreck last night. Jamie Lynn is at his side, a source tells us.
Aldridge was driving home from a fishing trip in Amite County, MS when he wrecked his Ford F150 with two male pals in the car, one of whom broke his collar bone. The source adds that Casey has a hematoma and doctors fear he has a blood clot in his brain. He may be heading into surgery.

Heavily pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears was spotted running errands around her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana with fiancee Casey Aldridge on Wednesday (May 14).
According to a source at the scene, the expecting parents picked up mail from the post office and then headed to the offices of Kentwood Bricks - possibly to discuss requirements for a home for their new family.
