Lindsay Lohan has revealed she’s planning a big Las Vegas bash for her 21st birthday in July.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, she said: “I’m going to milk because it’s a big birthday.”
“I think it’s been a long time coming for some of my friends that have clubs out in Los Angeles, they don’t have to worry about getting into trouble because I’m underage, I think I’m doing a party in Vegas, which makes sense because I’ve never been able to go out there.”

Beyoncé is up to something new: singing in Spanish.
"I just feel like I have to learn Spanish because I can sing it – I just can't speak it," she says in the new issue of PEOPLE En Español.
On April 3 she'll release a new version of her CD B-Day, which originally came out in September. This time, she's added six new songs – all sung in Spanish, including "Amor Gitano," the theme to the Telemundo telenovela Zorro, which she delivers as a duet with Alejandro Fernandez.

After celebrating her 25th birthday with 10 000 of her closest Japanese fans in Tokyo's Budokan hall, Beyoncé Knowles dropped by MTV's 'Total Request Live' today to officially drop her sophomore album, 'B'Day.'
The album hit stores today and based on Entertainment Weekly's glowing review, it's definitely a must-buy. Or at least, must-download.
