Salma Hayek, 41, has given birth to her first child, a little girl named Valentina Paloma Pinault, a rep for the actress has confirmed.
“Mother and child are doing well,” publicist Cari Ross told the Associated Press.
According to an Us source, the actress' mother Diana Jimenez Hayek, brother Sami Hayek and fiance Francois-Henri Pinault were all there for the delivery.

Despite her recent legal troubles, Nicole Richie has found something to smile about. According to an insider, during Nicole's July 25 trip to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA, she underwent a very enlightening ultrasound. She and her boyfriend, Joel Madden, found out the gender of their baby: It's a boy! Although friends say the Simple Life star was hoping to have a girl, Nicole was very happy to get the news 16 weeks into her pregnancy.
