Wesley Snipes was arrested and taken into custody by federal authorities Friday morning after arriving at Orlando International Airport, TMZ and the Associated Press report.
The 44-year-old actor had returned from shooting a movie, Gallowwalker, in the African region of Namibia.

Snoop Dogg surrendered to the O.C. police today, four days after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
It obviously ain’t nuttin but a g thang for Snoop, as he rolled up in style in a dark purple Porshe Carrera, turned himself in, posted bail at $150,000, and then happily signed auotographs for awaiting fans as he left the jail - all in the same day.

Just days after he was stopped at airport security for caring a dangerous weapon, rapper Snoop Dogg has now been arrested on suspicion of carrying marijuana.
He was arrested yesterday outside Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California.
Police officers stopped the rap star at a loading zone for a vehicle violation, then searched his car finding marijuana and a gun.
Snoop has been released on bail for $35 000 and is due to appear in court for on December 12.

Naomi Campbell was taken to a central London police station today after her drug counsellor alleged she had been assaulted the supermodel.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said:
"Earlier this afternoon a woman attended a central London police station and alleged an assault on her at an address in Westminster, SW1. Officers attended the address and a woman, aged 36, was arrested at around 1.20pm for an alleged assault. She was taken to a central London police station."
He declined to give her name because no charges had been filed, but...

Alicia Keys may have been arrested. An anonymous tipster tells us that Keys was arrested for a domestic disturbance involving another woman. We haven't yet confirmed the story, but the photos (below) suggest that Keys did have a run in with the law...

Officer Martha Garcia of the LAPD confirmed to Teen People that despite her claims to KIIS FM's Ryan Seacrest, Paris Hilton was arrested and charged with a DUI, and detained for two and a half hours.
"Ms. Hilton was arrested and charged with a DUI around 12:30 A.M. and released on her own recognizance at 3 A.M," she said. That directly contradicts what Hilton told Seacrest: "I was in there fifteen minutes and out."

Mel Gibson entered a plea bargain in district court on Thursday. Gibson pleaded no contest to driving under the influence in return he will avoid jail time. He will, however, serve three years probation. In addition to probation, he has been ordered to attend one year of AA meetings 5 times a week. He was also fined $1200 and must pay $100 restitution.
