The Osbourne Diet
Kelly Osbourne lost over 30 pounds last year, but from the looks of it, she's well on her way to piling them back on! Osbourne, 22, stands only 5'3," and has admitted to loving junk food, so it's easy to see how the weight has slowly crept back.
We caught the youngest daughter of Ozzy and Sharon in Malibu with a pal, drinking a blended high calorie coffee smoothie on April 1, so we're guessing that the diet is officially over. Not that she ever really admitted to being on one in the first place. Osbourne, told London's Mirror tabloid last May (and who then weighed in at 126 lbs, and had a 26" waist), "Forget all that healthy eating bull****. I have a thyroid problem, which means I sh** all the time." Later she said that her weight loss had to do with steering clear of processed foods and chocolate, and instead snacking on "grapes, raisins and apples." It's well documented that some of the blended coffee drinks at Starbucks and Coffee Bean have as many as 3,000 calories! It's doubful that any "hyperthyroid" condition could process that kind of diet buster!
Kelly wouldn't be the first Osbourne to have a well-publicized weight battle with the scale. In 1999, mom Sharon, 54, had a surgery to attach a gastric band to her digestive system, which allowed her to drop a staggering 84 lbs, and in 2005, while little brother Jack, 21, lost 20 lbs after his time in a rehab facilty.
