Stolen photos of Britney Spears & Jamie Lynn Spears spark illegal porn case
Stolen family photos of Britney Spears, younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears and Jamie Lynn’s daughter Maddie have reportedly sparked a large-scale police investigation in the US.
The photos, taken on Jamie Lynn’s boyfriend Casey Aldridge’s camera, are said to have been stolen when he took the memory card to a local Wal-Mart store in Louisiana to be printed out.
According to TMZ, the thieves are now trying to sell the private pictures, including one snap of Jamie Lynn breastfeeding three month old Maddie with her left breast exposed. However, at 17, Jamie Lynn is still a minor so selling or buying the photos could be classed as a violation of federal pornography laws in addition to the crime of handling and/or receiving stolen property.
Other photos in the set include Britney holding her newborn niece, pictures of Maddie by herself, a shot of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding her daughter and a family shot of Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears, with their three children Brian, Britney and Jamie Lynn.
A source close to the family explained: “Everyone is livid about this leak. They’re very personal, private photos of Maddie’s first days, not some photo shoot for a magazine.
“They’re going to do all they can to make sure the thieves are caught.”
