UNICEF Ambassador (and actress, of course) Sarah Jessica Parker hosted the UNICEF Halloween Party earlier today at NYC’s UNICEF House. U.S. Fund for UNICEF President Charles J. Lyons and UNICEF Executive Director Ann M. Veneman were also present for the event.
