P Diddy: I’ll look after the Beckhams in the US
As if they didn’t already have enough A-list help from the likes of Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Jennifer Lopez, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has said he’ll take David and Victoria Beckham under his wing when they move to the US this summer.
Diddy, who is currently in the UK on the Pass the Puff tour (without Snoop Dogg), was spotted out with the couple in London on Sunday night at the exclusive Automat Bar - and David and Victoria looking a little worse for wear after a night of drinking.
Diddy said of David recently: “David is a really special man. Him coming over to the States is like the Beatles going over there.”
“Football isn’t that big in America at the moment, but David is going to be a hero and bring the sport up to another level. You can tell just how passionate he is about his football when he gave up his captaincy for England.”
“He’s going to be a legend. He’s doing a very powerful thing for football worldwide.
“I’ll help him settle in. The US is my area. He’s got my full support and the backing of all my people.”
