It appears that when Mario Lavandeira (Perez Hilton) is not busy begging for red carpet invites he's using old (and I mean ancient) pictures of himself to cruise online for sex.
First 2 pictures: Perez Hilton now.

The other ones are the pictures that perez hilton had posted in his profile. 40 pounds lighter and even naked pictures!
