Nicole Richie arrested for DUI! Read the dirty details.
CNN reported December 11th that Nicole Richie was arrested Monday for a DUI.
California Highway Patrol officers took Richie, 25, into custody after she failed a field sobriety test according to CHP officer Todd Workman.
Her black Mercedes was stopped in the car pool lane of State Highway 134 when officers arrived. Authorities recieved 911 phone calls about a car going the wrong way on the freeway.
Richie was set free on $15,000 bail according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department report.
Nicole Richie was listed in the report as being 5-foot-1 and 85 pounds.
She was booked in Glendale, tested for drugs and released later Monday morning. The results of the drug tests have not yet been determined though Richie admitted to smoking marijuana and taking the pain pill Vicodin before the arrest.
