Nancy Grace Takes Her Son Home from the Hospital
A thankful Nancy Grace took her son John David home from the hospital Wednesday.
"Nancy is thrilled that John David will be home for Thanksgiving," her rep Patty Caruso told PEOPLE. "She is praying that Lucy Elizabeth comes home soon, too."
Grace, 48, gave birth to the twins Nov. 4., an early delivery since she had developed a pulmonary edema during the pregnancy. She was released from an Atlanta hospital Nov. 16 and remains on medication.
On Monday, the Headline News anchor told PEOPLE she knew her son, who had "just passed the five-pound mark," would likely come home before his sister who only weighed 3 lbs, 6oz.
Grace hopes to return home to New York by early December but says, "It all depends on when Lucy can travel."
Grace is married to investment banker David Linch.
