Lindsay celebrates her birthday at the beach
Given her recent run of hard times, we weren't too surprised to learn that Lindsay Lohan's 21st birthday would be a family affair - although we were pleasantly surprised to see her including her friends from Promises right alongside them! Not only was Lindsay's beachfront birthday blowout supervised by her mother (who brought along her little brother for extra support), but we're hearing that the party's entertainment was overseen by a team of Promises folks - according to our source, the strongest stuff at the party was lemonade and soda! But don't go thinking that Lindsay's days of wilding out are behind her - if the teeny-weeny bikini doesn't convince you, her preposterous blue wedge shoes will!
