Diddy, Kim Porter split
Rap mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been making waves on the scene for over a decade. For most the last ten years, Diddy has had Kim Porter, the mother of his three children and long-time girlfriend, by his side while he makes every one of his moves. However, a publicist for Diddy confirmed on Tuesday that he and Kim Porter are no longer a couple.
Last week, the New York Post used their Page Six column to report that Kim Porter had moved out of Diddy's New York City apartment after she had purchased a home in Beverly Hills. On Tuesday, People magazine reported almost the same thing, as Porter has moved out of the New York City Apartment she shared with Diddy, and into a new home in Los Angeles. These rumors come hot on the heels of another rumor, that claims Diddy's relationship with actress Sienna Miller has stirred some bad blood up in Kim Porter.
A rep for Diddy told People magazine last week that, "There is literally nothing between them," referring to the rumor about Diddy and Sienna Miller. At the same time, a rep for Sienna Miller told People that, "reports of Sienna being linked with P. Diddy are categorically untrue." While the reason for the split remains a mystery, Kim Porter has taken the couple's three children, 9-year-old Christian and seven-month-old twin daughters, D'Lila and Jessie James, to Los Angeles and away from Diddy.
This is hardly the first break-up between Porter and Diddy. In 1999, the couple called it quits and began a legal battle over child support payments for Christian. As the custody battle raged, Diddy began a relationship with Jennifer Lopez. After two years of dating the pop singer, Diddy and J.Lo went their separate ways, and while Lopez went on to find Ben Affleck, Diddy went back to Kim Porter in 2003. Now, Diddy is battling rumors about his involvement with Jude Law's former love, Sienna Miller. Diddy and Miller were spotted clubbing in Gotham, and according to E Online, were spotted heading into a hotel in the early hours of the morning.
Miller attempted to deny the rumors, as E Online quoted Miller just days after the Concert for Diana, where they were seen being friendly. "I am in love with someone, but not Puff Daddy. He's just a good friend. Anyway, he has a beautiful girlfriend." Diddy also tried to calm the rumor mill, stating, "We all hang out together but there's no more to it than that." Diddy also said that he went back to the hotel with Sienna Miller to walk her to her door, as he was "being a gentleman."
