Denise Richards Goes Wedding Dress Shopping
Denise Richards is one step closer to tying the knot with rocker Richie Sambora.
A close friend of Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife tells Celebrity Week she is already preparing for her next “big day”, by shopping for a wedding dress.
“She’s pulled stuff from Prada, Armani, Louis Vuitton - the big boys. This one’s going to be about who she really is, not some typical wedding imagery,” we’re told.
“She’s not a kid and it’s not her first time, so it’s more about contemporary, like a great party dress rather than something that screams bride.”
Friends also say the former Bond Girl is avoiding the ‘white, poufy layered-cake look.’
Richards, we hear, has digital photographs taken of herself in each of the dresses and sends them off for input from her mother, who is battling cancer.
“I think by making her mom a part of it, it has more value, it’s like they’re taking a really old-fashioned approach,” we’re told. “Denise wants to give her mom final say after she has narrowed down the choices.”
