Britney Gives Mom Papers To Keep Her From Kids
Britney Spears was photographed handing her mother Lynne a set of papers on Thursday believed to be a move to keep Lynne away from grandsons Sean Preston and Jayden James if she is taking any medications that might cause her to be impaired.
According to TMZ, the letter was from out-of-state lawyer but is not a restraining order. "She did not serve me," Lynne told X17 photo agency of Brit's letter. Britney had tracked down her mom on the set of her sister Jamie Lynn's show Zoey 101 with help from the paparazzi.
As Star previously reported, sources say the bad blood between Britney and her mom began when Lynne, along with other family members and Britney's soon-to-be ex-husband Kevin Federline, convinced the singer to go into rehab at Promises treatment center in Malibu. Britney found out that Lynne asked Federline to tell Britney there was a chance they'd get back together if she got treatment. But he had no intention of continuing the marriage. When Britney found out she'd been tricked, she cut Lynne off, sources say.
