Britney Spears ran over an L.A. County Sheriff deputy's foot as she left the L.A. County Courthouse after a custody hearing Friday, according to tmz.com.
The Sheriff's Department has filed a "traffic collision complaint" and an "active investigation" is under way, the site reports.
