Brad Pitt wants Angelina Jolie to marry him to show her commitment?
Brad Pitt is reportedly desperate to marry Angelina Jolie to get their relationship back on track.
The couple are said to be living apart at the moment - Angelina at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York and Brad with their six children at a house just outside the city - while Angelina works on her new movie Salt, and a source told OK magazine that the time apart is worrying the Curious Case of Benjamin Button star.
The source told the magazine: “Their relationship is so out of kilter, he believes marriage is the only thing that will bring it back around.
“Brad’s told her, ‘Marry me, or it’s over.’”
“He needs to know Angie is really committed to him. Becoming Mrs Pitt would give him that answer.”
Brad, who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston, and Angelina, who married Jonny Lee Miller at 21 then was married to Billy Bob Thornton between 2000-2003, have previously said they will not marry until gay marriage is legalised.
